Ever dreamed of having a candle scent made specifically for you? Whether it be for a special event or for your own personal use, we offer tiered options for custom scent design.

The process begins with a simple consultation* to get a scense of what you're looking for and who you are. Once all of the necessary information has been gathered, we jump into the sampling process. This can take up to 3-4 weeks dependent on having to acquire fragrance oil samples that are not currently in our scent library. Each consultation comes with 6 samples, but more can be requested at an additional cost. Your happiness is our priority; if we didn't nail it please let us know and the cost of additional samples will be evaluated and negotiated on a case by case basis.

During the sampling process, we will also discuss and propose vessel and label options- vessel samples will be sent with the scent samples whenever possible. Please note that not all vessel manufacturers offer samples, therefore if you are adament about a sample for approval, you may be liable for the cost of an entire case, and/or the delivery and return shipping costs and applicable taxes and fees. Should a case need to be purchased in order to aqcuire a sample and you choose to move forward with that vessel, the case will be incorporated into your final order.

Once the scent and vessel selections are finalized, we will send you a proposal with a cost breakdown and request for a 50% deposit. Once the deposit is processed materials will be ordered and manufacturing will commense. We always try to work as quickly as possible to fulfill orders, but please allow up to 4-6 weeks for manufacturing lead time. In the event that an issue or delay arises, we will contact you immediately and keep you meticulously updated. If the delay is significant or at risk of missing your deadline, we will present cancelation options.

Current minimums for custom candles:

Personal Use-  4 if using a Jane Home signature vessel, 12 or case quantity if using a vessel of your choice**

Event Use-  12 or case quantity. If ordering 5 or more cases (60+ candles), updated lead time information will be communicated in the proposal if applicable.

**Certain manufacturers allow vessels to be purchased by the unit, if this is the case for your preferred vessel, we will communicate this and honor the 4 quantity minimum on personal orders.
